What does the advice at Bossenz Finance cost me?

You will receive advice, the creation of a personal financial concept and feedback on your existing contracts from us completely free of charge and without obligation. You do not make any commitment at any time. We are convinced of our individual service and our philosophy of independent advice and so 99% of all customers decide to work together after our concept presentation.

 

Do you also advise customers outside of Berlin or Germany?

55% of our customers are based in Berlin. Many of them come from Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, Mitte, Prenzlauer-Berg and the surrounding districts. The remaining customers come from all over Germany. We even look after some customers internationally. Many come here from England, Russia, Poland, Austria and Switzerland. Proximity to the customer is very important to us, but physical proximity is only of secondary importance. We also deliver our unique service via VideoChat (Skype) or by phone and email.

 

Can I terminate the collaboration at any time?

You are not entering into any long-term commitments with us. If you wish, you can take care of individual contracts independently at any time or manage your finances completely on your own again. However, we would like to point out that any liability claims will then be void.

 

What does the brokerage contract contain and what is the power of attorney for?

The brokerage contract regulates the mutual rights and obligations of broker and customer. In the brokerage contract, among other things, data protection, powers, duties of the broker and also special agreements are recorded, which cannot be regulated by statutory provisions. The brokerage contract forms the basis for the cooperation between the financial broker and the customer. The brokerage contract is supplemented by a broker power of attorney. The main aim of this is to simplify the cooperation between the broker and the customer. The power of attorney allows, for example, that we represent you as a broker vis-à-vis the insurance company, inspect insurance contracts or provide better support in the event of a claim.

Investment

What fees are there for investment advice?

There is only a simple annual service fee of 0.59% (including VAT) based on the managed investment volume. Billing takes place quarterly. We do not incur any usual issue surcharges. Fund changes are therefore also free of charge for our customers. We do not charge a fee for the creation of withdrawal plans, regular portfolio adjustments and portfolio analyzes.

 

How is the investment strategy composed?

Our goal is to achieve a balanced asset structure. To do this, we use almost all investment modules available on the market, such as funds, ETFs, corporate investments, overnight money, real estate and crowd-based investment approaches.

 

How quickly can I get my money?

Since flexibility is very important to many of our customers, a large part of the capital is invested in liquid securities such as funds and ETFs. The capital invested in this is available to you in the account within five days. You define the proportion of less illiquid investments  such as real estate investments and real estate within your investment strategy and align it with your current situation and objectives.

What types of consultants are there anyway?

As an independent financial broker, we are committed to our customers and can work with 98% of the companies. Unlike insurance agents or multiple agents, we recommend our product on the basis of the performance, service, claims processing or solvency of the insurer and according to a suitable price / performance ratio. What exactly is the difference between insurance agents, mech specialist agents and brokers?

A representative (tied insurance agent) represents the interests of a single insurance company. In compliance with the legal requirements, he is initially only responsible to the insurance company. He is their advocate.

A multiple agent (independent insurance agent) sells financial products from various providers (but usually only 5 to 10 providers) with whom he has distribution agreements.

A broker (insurance broker, finance broker) is legally obliged to represent the interests of his clients. He is commissioned by the customer – usually after a well-founded risk analysis – to research and mediate suitable risk protection or a special financial product at an appropriate price-performance ratio. The broker has a special advisory liability towards the customer and is considered to be his “trustee” (judgment of the Federal Court of Justice of May 22, 1985 Az .: IVa ZR 190/83).
Since May 22nd, 2007 (when the Insurance Brokers Ordinance came into force), the broker has to inform you about his or her status as part of the mandatory information so that you know who you are dealing with and which service and which product variety you can expect. What are the costs of the service of the financial broker?
In principle, you do not incur any direct costs. The remuneration (also called brokerage fee) for the broker is included directly in the insurance premiums. This results in a particular advantage for customers: because, like a wholesale company, the broker has market power and can therefore negotiate more favorable terms with the respective insurance company. This either brings our customers the advantages of inexpensive coverage or improves the scope of an insurance solution.
How often do I need advice?

If you would like to take out complex insurance such as disability insurance, private health insurance or pension insurance, it is better to let us advise you personally. Our office is centrally located in Berlin Mitte directly on Alexanderplatz. If a personal conversation is not possible, we can advise you by phone or video chat. We offer this service completely free of charge and without obligation.

We can also take out other insurance policies for you online without any problems, such as liability, household effects, car insurance or legal expenses insurance. You will receive the suggestions from us by email. Questions can then be clarified by email or phone. If you have then decided on a proposal from us, we can take out this insurance directly with your written consent, without you having to come to the office.

 

How can I report a claim?

As a rule, our customers report the damage directly to the insurance company. Most providers can now do this conveniently online or by phone. Of course, we are available to our customers with all questions before and during the claim process, we help with filling out the claim report and the claim settlement up to the compensation payment of the insurance company.

 

Is it necessary to terminate all old contracts?

No of course not. In accordance with the best advice principle, we will of course also tell you when you have good contracts. These do not have to be terminated and we only take care of such contracts and are stored as your contact person at the insurance company.

 

Is the insurance contract with the broker more expensive than with the insurance company itself?

On the contrary. With us, as your financial broker, you get a guarantee promise, so that you never pay more for a product than directly with a provider. In many cases we can even offer you the tariffs even cheaper than the respective insurance company. The reason is that, as a major financial broker, we are on the client’s side and negotiate discounts with many product providers for our customers.
